If you are shipping an item to Pennsylvania or Washington, Rakuten.com does not collect Sales Tax, however, customers are required to remit use tax to the Department of Revenue for that state.  This is in compliance with Pennsylvania and Washington tax regulations.  This information is displayed on the Payment and Order Review page during check-out.
