Your Rakuten.com Order History is where you can find your order information, order status, tracking information, seller information and more. It is available for both Rakuten.com Account holders and guests.
To access your order history, please:
- Click the "My Account" drop down menu.
- Click the "Order History" tab.
- Click on the button in the "Orders" section of your Rakuten.com Account
- Log into your Rakuten.com Account on the left OR:
a. Select on the right if you checked out using Guest Checkout
b. Select on the right if you checked out using PayPal Express Checkout or purchased at BestBuy.com
c. Select on the right to log in if you checked out using MasterPass Guest Checkout
d. Select on the right to log in if you checked out using Buy with Google Guest Checkout
e. Select on the right to log in if you checked out using Visa Checkout Guest Checkout
What if my Order Doesn't Show in my Rakuten.com Account?
If you used any of the guest checkout options (i.e. steps 3a through 3e, you will not see your order in your Rakuten.com Account until you merge the order from your guest checkout account.
