Merging Accounts with the Same Email Addresses
For your convenience, you are able to merge orders placed via any of our guest checkout options to your Rakuten.com Account registered to the same email address.
To merge guest checkout order histories to your Rakuten.com Account, please:
- Access your guest checkout order history
- Locate the order you would like linked to your Rakuten.com Account
- Follow the instructions in the pop up window provided
We do not currently have a method that allows you to merge all your previous orders at once, so please repeat this process for all your orders you wish to merge.
Guest checkout orders can only be merged if they have passed the payment processing stage. Guest checkout orders with payment issues or that have been cancelled may not be able to be merged with a Rakuten.com Account Order History.
Merging Accounts with Different Email Addresses
Accounts associated with two different email addresses cannot be combined this way or by Rakuten.com's Customer Service Team. We hope to offer this ability to you in the future.
