You are able to change your shipping address within the first 15 minutes of your order processing if you used a Rakuten.com Account at checkout.
To change your shipping address, access your order history and click the "Change" link that will show just above the shipping address for the order.
What if I do not see the "Change" link?
The "Change" link may not appear within the first 5 minutes of process, and will not be available after the 15 minute window has passes as your order is sent to the marketplace seller.
You will be unable to modify your shipping address if this time period to change the address passed, or if you used one of the following payment methods:
- Rakuten Guest Checkout
- Visa Checkout Guest Checkout
- MasterPass Guest Checkout
- PayPal Express Guest Checkout
For security reasons, Rakuten.com Customer Service and Rakuten.com Sellers are unable to modify orders.
If you would like to change your order after this window has passed, please cancel the order and place a new one with the new address.
