If your item is too large or bulky for this shipping method, it may be sent using one of our freight shippers (see below).
Freight Deliveries for Large, Oversized, or Heavy Items
When you check out with an item that is oversized or extremely heavy, your order will be shipped to you using a freight carrier.

Freight shipments will usually be delivered to a local freight hub or terminal anywhere in the contiguous 48 states within 3 to 7 business days. Once your order is at the local freight hub or terminal, a local delivery agent will call and schedule a delivery appointment within a 4 hour delivery window during normal business hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you have not yet heard from the freight company after the end of the 7th business day, you may want to contact them directly to schedule a delivery appointment that is convenient for you.

An adult signature is required on all deliveries of TVs, as well as some other items depending on the size, weight or value of the items.
Additionally, in some cases, the delivery driver might not be able to assist with moving your item inside the delivery address due to carrier restrictions. Please plan to have an additional person at your residence at the time of delivery that might be able to help you if the item you ordered is considerably large or heavy. Your carrier will be able to provide details regarding this at the time you set your appointment with them.
