Why can't I see my order?

You may have noticed some recent changes to the Rakuten.com website, we’re currently undergoing a site transition in order to improve our customer shopping experience. We’re passionate about providing you with an exceptional customer journey, and with continual improvements and iterations we can stay true to that passion! While this will be a work-in-progress, we have some new and improved updates we’re excited to share with you in the near future! 

Please bear with us through this transition as there will be some technical difficulties. Starting September 13th all orders placed prior to the 13th will not be available to view in your “Order History.” Rest assured that your order has been received, is being processed, and will be delivered as scheduled!
