Hey, we get it. Sometimes you change your mind and need to cancel your order. Like when you ordered sushi but really wanted a super deluxe meatball sub. So, let’s make it easy for you.
NOTE: If you placed your order within the last 30 minutes you can cancel your order directly on Rakuten. If you placed your order more than 30 minutes ago, you’ll need to contact the seller to request to cancel your order. See below for detailed instructions.
Cancel an order placed WITHIN THE LAST 30 MINUTES:
Go to your My Orders page to find the order you want to cancel > click on Order Details > click on Cancel Order (on the top right) > you’ll get a pop-up confirming that you want to cancel your order > click OK [or YES, CANCEL MY ORDER] to cancel.
Cancel an order placed MORE THAN 30 MINUTES AGO:
Contact the seller to request to cancel your order:
Go to your My Orders page to find the order you want to cancel > click on Contact Seller to get a message form > the form will auto-populate with your order number, but you’ll need to fill in your details and tell the seller you want to cancel your order > click on Send Message to send your message. You should receive a response from the seller within two business days.
