How do I contact a Rakuten Seller?

Prior to Ordering

1. On the upper left side of any item listing, will be the seller's name with a “Contact Seller” link. Also, underneath the “Add to Cart” button is also a “Contact Seller”

  1. If you have an account, we recommend signing into your account to save your message by clicking on "Sign in"
  2. Enter your name, email address, and the message you would like to ask the seller
  3. For security, click the “I’m not a robot” box and follow the instructions for the reCAPTCHA if required
  4. Once completed, press “Send”


After Ordering

To contact a Rakuten Seller after you have placed an order:

  1. Locate the order you wish to inquire about
  2. Click on “Contact Seller” located next to the seller name above the status of the order

  1. This will open an email you may use to contact the seller
  2. If not already populated, enter your name and email address. If you would like to be contacted with a different email address, you may change it if already populated with the one associated with your account
  3. For security, click the “I’m not a robot” box and follow the instructions for the reCAPTCHA if required
  4. Once completed, press “Send”

Rakuten holds its marketplace sellers to high standards of quality, so you can expect a response back from your Rakuten Seller within 2 business days after contacting them.


What if I have trouble contacting a seller?

If you do not see the "Contact Seller" link or the seller is unresponsive after 2 business days, we will be glad to help so please feel free to contact us.
