To contact a Rakuten Seller after you have placed an order:
- Locate the order you wish to inquire about
- Click on “Contact Seller” located next to the seller name above the status of the order
- This will open an email you may use to contact the seller
- If not already populated, enter your name and email address. If you would like to be contacted with a different email address, you may change it if already populated with the one associated with your account
- For security, click the “I’m not a robot” box and follow the instructions for the re-CAPTCHA if required
- Once completed, press “Send”
What if I have trouble contacting a seller?
If you do not see the "Contact Seller" link or the seller is unresponsive after 2 business days, we will be glad to help so please feel free to contact us.
