Want to know what’s up with your order? Of course, you do! So let’s get down and dirty with just what happens behind the scenes after you click on Place Order.
NOTE: You can find the status of your order on the My Orders page in your Rakuten account. (If you don’t know how to get to My Orders, click here and we’ll help you.)
Order Placed: Your order has been placed successfully.
Verification: Your order is going through the payment verification process. Our Verification Team may contact you during this process to validate your order. After your order is verified, Rakuten will send it to the seller to prepare for shipment.
Preparing Shipment: The seller is preparing the shipment of your order.
Shipped: This means your order is with the carrier for shipment. You can find tracking details on your My Orders page. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking details to be updated by the carrier.
Completed: The order has been completed and fulfilled by the seller. You may still be waiting for the carrier to deliver your order. For shipping updates, you may click on the shipment tracking number located under "tracking numbers".
Cancelled: Your order for this item has been canceled. To check why your order was canceled, go to "My Orders" followed by clicking the “View Order Details” button. If you need additional help, please reach out to our customer support team at (800) 800-0800 (M-F, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific).
