How do I unsubscribe from Rakuten's promotional emails?

If you would like to unsubscribe from our emails, you may use either option below depending on if you have a Rakuten.com account or checked out as a guest.  

To unsubscribe from our emails, you can always click the link provided at the bottom of all our emails. This could either be a link labeled "Unsubscribe," or could say, "Update your preferences".

Please allow 2 business days for the change to take affect using this option.

Membership- Unsubscribe through Rakuten.com

1. Click the "My Account" drop down menu at the top of any page

2.  Click “My Email Preferences” and log into your Rakuten account

3. Click on "Unsubscribe from all Emails" at the bottom of the page

4. A pop-up will appear letting you know that you have been unsubscribed from all promotional emails

5. Please allow 2 business days for changes to your email subscriptions to take effect.

 

Guest

Guest customers are only able to unsubscribe from our promotional emails via email. 

1. To unsubscribe from our emails, you can always click the link provided at the bottom of all our emails. This could either be a link labeled "Unsubscribe," or could say, "Update your preferences"

2. Clicking either option will bring you to "Your Email Preferences"

3. A pop-up will appear letting you know that you have been unsubscribed from all promotional emails

4. Please allow 2 business days for the change to take affect using this option.

 

Trouble Unsubscribing
