Your Rakuten order history is where you can find your order information, order status, tracking information, seller information and more. It is only available to Rakuten.com/shop account holders and guests.
To access your order history, please:
1. Click the "My Account" drop down menu.
2. Click the "My Order" tab.
3. Log into your Rakuten Account using your Rakuten ID and Password.
4. Once signed into your account, it will take you to your “My Orders” where you can view your order history.
If you used Guest Checkout, please refer to the order confirmation email you received when you placed the order. In the confirmation email, there are instructions on how to access your Guest Checkout order history. Alternatively you may look up your guest order by clicking here = https://www.rakuten.com/shop/order/retrieve/?scid=em_rdc_OrderConfirm_transaction
